problem. Special areas of expertise include penalty reductions especially with EPA and OSHA along with site assessments both for buyers and sellers.

Working jointly with individual businesses and their attorneys, we have provided substantial regulatory relief through fine reduction or elimination, preparation for

inspections, and negotiation with state and federal agencies. We establish protocols, plans and recordkeeping to keep clients in compliance. When necessary, process
