For over twenty-six years, has successfully completed over 5,000 construction projects ranging from residential to light commercial structures. His projects have included single-family residences to multi-unit dwellings.

Expert 2237 has been recognized by the State of California Contractors State License Board as an Industry Expert, and in that capacity, has mediated over 100 cases for the Contractors State License Board as well as being called on to evaluate over 2,000 separate cases to determine if other General Contractors’ workmanship is acceptable to Industry Standards. These assignments entailed documenting and investigating causes of construction defects, failures and damages as well as proposing cost of repair and corrective methods through the submission of comprehensive reports. Through these assignments, Expert 2237 has covered issues such as finished plumbing and electrical, plastering, wood refinishing, tile, granite, marble, concrete slabs, landscaping, roofing, gutters, fencing, gates and other areas.

In 2003, Expert 2237 initiated and developed the “On Site Negotiation,” (OSN), process for settling complaints for the Contractors State License Board. The OSN process brings together the homeowner, (Complainant), the contractor, (Respondent), Expert 2237, (Mediator & Industry Expert), and Enforcement Representative from the CSLB. The main goal of the OSN is to solve the complaint on the day of the first meeting, fairly and expeditiously. Since developing the OSN, Expert 2237 has performed hundreds of these mediations with a remarkable 98% success rate.

The American Arbitration Association has designated Expert 2237 as a Commercial Construction Arbitrator / Mediator for the past decade. The American Arbitration Association has been the leader and standard-setter in the field of conflict management, AAA Arbitrators / Mediators are constantly required to attend and complete rigorous training seminars to maintain their membership in this distinguished organization.

The Arbitration Mediation and Conciliation Center (AMCC) has designated Expert 2237 as an Arbitrator and Panelist. AMCC is the sole provider to the California Contractors State License Board to arbitrate construction disputes.
