 A highly credible resource who carries broad and deep knowledge of the hotel business.  His perspectives derive from authentic experiences, tempered by an appreciation for the academic and legal concepts pertinent to consulting and expert witness assignments.  He founded and is the key principal of this advisory firm which focuses on hospitality real estate development, brand affiliation, feasibility, financing, standards of care, and hotel operations (including sales & marketing).  Product emphasis is hotels, resorts, timeshares, fractionals, condo hotels, destination clubs, and resort mixed use. He and the firm have been engaged for scores of assignments over these years in the United States and eighteen foreign nations.

Headed the department which provided operational, administrative, and financial support to the corporation’s subdivisions with responsibility for Real Estate Development & Acquisitions, Asset Management, Architecture & Planning, Interior Design, and Project Management & Construction.  Additionally, he structured and negotiated selected high profile real estate transactions, including founding Hilton Grand Vacations Company, the corporation’s timeshare subsidiary.  He maintained direct responsibility for final review of all real estate projects worldwide as to their financial and economic viability.  [At the time, Hilton was the world’s largest operator of large hotels and the world’s largest casino company.]
