Provide consulting services and serve as a successful expert witness in litigation related to product performance.
Provided expert testimony in court for Clow Valve. Clow Valve was awarded $11M against Chevron.

Essex Consulting Group, Consultant with ExxonMobil Industrial Lubricants & Specialties, Lubricants Technical Service and Industrial Lubricants Group, 2004 – 2020.

Applied advanced laboratory technology to determine root cause of complex customer problems involving mechanical systems. Proposed steps to solve the current problem and to avoid future issues.
Facilitated formulation development. Promptly resolved issues related to foaming, deposits, product performance, and lubricant manufacturing.
Located and qualified a new additive supplier of a component while avoiding loss of valuable synthetic sales and customers.
Identified need for skills improvement and conducted regular training sessions for newly hired employees including formulators that improved overall work efficiency.
