Insurance Career Experience

My insurance career originated in a small insurance agency after graduating from high school.  Beginning as an entry-level insurance secretary, my responsibilities and position grew to that of a Customer Service Representative for personal lines auto, homeowners, umbrella liability, personal watercraft and residential rental properties.  My duties included initial placement, claims reporting, renewals, endorsements and all pertinent paperwork in a supportive role for the Agency Owner.

As the years progressed, I pursued new challenges in the commercial insurance arena.  My continuing employment in the insurance industry included Agency/Brokerage Retail and Multi-Line Underwriting for Insurance Carriers and Managing General Agents.

Complete familiarity with Microsoft Products such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
