I have been successful at life and feel the rewards just keep coming. I was a volunteer candy stripper at UMC hospital until I was 15. I went for my work card and received my first paying job at Baskin Robin’s scooping ice-cream. I was on the racket ball team and the swimming team in high school, but my focus was always on getting work related experience. I worked through 7 years of school and found the experience to be extremely beneficial. Being as active and outgoing as I can be helps to bring new goals and accomplishments every day!

I became a mother twice while working on the side for an insurance agency – Deevan Insurance 8/1/99 – 10/1/00

My husband and I decided to get a partner and open our own agency – A better Way Insurance Agency 10/1/00 – 05/26/10

We sold the agency and opened a consulting and marketing firm in Las Vegas. 6/1/10
Our family moved to Southern California to start another agency – Insurance Services 11/11/10

Executive Profile

I have acquired a vast knowledge of the insurance field. From working with over 25 carriers at the same time and overseeing the writing of over 10,000 policies. I have also demonstrated proficiency in staffing, training and development, budgeting and program management. I am known for my excellent leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to plan, organize, and manage an insurance brokerage.
