Consultant to Nicholas Critelli, Des Moines (1992).  Provided expert opinion on restraint of trade involving a hospital and local physicians.
Consultant and expert witness for Wildman, Harold, Allen and Dixon, Chicago (1994-96).  Baxter International was faced with a complaint alleging tortuous interference in trade in disposable infusion pumps.  Provided an estimate of economic damages.
Consultant and expert witness for Wildman, Harold, Allen and Dixon, Chicago (1999). This was a medical malpractice case.  Provided an estimate of “noneconomic” damages.
Consultant and expert witness for Shook, Hardy & Bacon, Kansas City (2001). This case was settled shortly after research began on a case involving a local hospital and a physician group.  The issue was violation of agreements with no-compete clauses in local markets.
Consultant and expert witness for Lewis, Rice and Fingersh, Kansas City (2002-2003). This case involved a small manufacturer (SizeWise) of bariatric beds and related equipment in a vertical restraint dispute with a medical supply distributor.
Consultant and expert witness for Cotham, Harwell & Evans, Houston (2004) Antitrust case between a major insurer and a small group of OB-GYN physicians.
Consultant for Schroeter, Goldmark & Bender, Seattle, Washington (2006) Analysis of possible induced demand for surgical services
