Expert assists law enforcement and the Department of Justice in fraud investigations and provides expert testimony at hearings and trial.

Serves as expert witness in Medicare fraud trials involving medical devices, institutional and physician services.

Served as Chief Medical Officer and Contractor Medical Director (CMD) for Performant Recovery, the Recovery Auditor (RA) for Region A, which encompasses the northeastern United States.

Directed development of medical review guidelines for complex review of medical necessity for inpatient stays and DRG validation;
