I managed a team of 10 inside/field account executives.

In this capacity I was responsible for originating and funding residential loans submitted by mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers. My clients were located in California, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Oregon, Nevada and Washington. My book of business including 185 clients with the majority of them located in Southern California. I managed my client relationships face to face by being out in the field on a daily basis. I managed a monthly pipeline of $135,000,000 and maintained a 68% submission to funding ratio.

Western Regional Sales Manager
Responsible for managing 52 sales people in 12 Western states, setting individual production goals, recruiting, interviewing and training. Attended industry trade shows in all Western states. Primary products sold included conforming, jumbo,
Alt A, government, construction and non-prime loans. I implemented the client production system which allowed account executives to target any customer who had not funded a loan in any 90 day period. Additionally, we integrated this system
into the account executives compensation plan creating accountability for market penetration.

In this capacity I was responsible for retail and wholesale production. My duties included recruiting, training, establishing of individual sales goals, implementing new strategies to generate business, originating retail and wholesale loans. FMC was one of the largest California based mortgage banking firm with over 300 employees. FMC specialized in conforming, jumbo and government lending products.
