Energy and Power
Introduction of latest multi-pollutant control technology “ReACT” for the first time in the USA at Wisconsin Power project with the EPC project valued over $500 million. It was a very satisfying achievement to manage this contract from conception to execution in capacity of chief operating officer with recognition. Managing this complex mechanical project with 50+ average on-site construction crew using large construction partners was hard challenge with very satisfying results.
Achieving success as a break through with new clients and then managing them to enjoy repeat orders was success story which could be achieved only by demonstration of excellence in customer satisfaction.

Petrochemical, Refinery and Industrial
Worked with ExxonMobil’s Technology division “EMRE” in licensing partnership to develop commercially salable product and execute the strategy to make these products great commercial success. FCCU and Coker off gas treatment, CO Boiler and CAT top Thermal SNCR technologies, EMRE Alkylation and SOx Additive technology are few examples. FFCU work is complex and very time sensitive site work due to very short turnaround time. Managing such tasks were always an achievement.
Success in introduction of new product in refining business with well-planned corporate as well as plant level business strategy for major refineries in USA (Valero, ConocoPhillips, Shell, Tesoro, Hess) and Mexico (Pemex), Saudi Aramco, Total (France).
Worked with CNPC China and CPECC Dalian China for Technology licensing and execution of multi refinery (more than 15 CNPC refineries) execution approach of complete technical and commercial success.
Developed the market for Biomass, chemical, steel and metal industry application.

Manufacturing & Fabrication

Managed Thermal transfer division of Hamon in Pittsburg location which is primarily ESP plates and component manufacturing and Single row tube plant for ACC projects along with heat x’fer equipment and systems. Success was in making this plant as self-sufficient profit center from just a supporting manufacturing overhead.
