Expert 1342 is Clinical Pharmacy Manager at a Privately Named Hospital.  He holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science and a Doctor of Pharmacy and Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Utah.  Expert 1343 completed a two-year clinical pharmacy residency at the University of Utah Medical Center.  He was President and Founding Dean of the appalachian College of Pharmacy and helped establish the Nevada College of Pharmacy.  As Associate Professor of Medicine and Pharmacy at the Medical College of Virginia (MCV), Expert 1343’s researchlet to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Insitute National Heart Attack Alert Program and Practice Guidelines for the Treatment of Acute Cardiac Care.  He Pioneered the use of PCA for sickle cell vaso-occlusive pain crisis in emergency medicine, adn is the only pharmacist, to date, to serve on the National Advance Cardiac Life Support Committee.  Expert 1343 led the development of ASHP Supplemental Standards and learning Objectives for Residency Training in Critical Care Pharmacy and directed the first ASHP- accredited Critical Care Pharmacy Residency. Other service commitments include membership in the USP Critical Care Advisory Board and the FDA Advisory Committee for Pharmaceutical Sciences.  Expert 1343 has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and has authored several books and book chapters.
