Recombinant DNA research on gene expression and deletion. Devised a technique for diagnosis of B-cell lymphoma using immunoglobulin gene rearrangements. Work involved gel electrophoresis, Southern blot hybridization, Ig probe construction, immunofluorescent staining, and tissue culture.
