Polygraph Expert – 1980 – present
Since 1980, involved in more than 23,000 polygraph examinations. Since 1980, conducted more than 15,000 polygraph examinations. Minimum of 8,000 of these have been specific issue examinations, i.e., criminal type examinations. Minimum of 3,500 of these have been clinical examinations, i.e., post conviction sex offense.
1991 to present A Private Polygraph Company (Name Available Upon Request) – Georgia
Conduct clinical polygraph examinations for treatment providers in areas of sexual aggression, violence and other impulse disorders e.g., arson. Conduct private examinations for state agencies and private attorneys in clinical and criminal areas including sexual aggression, family violence, and fraud. Faculty member of an accredited polygraph school. Conduct seminars for government and professional agencies, including; Georgia Department of Corrections, Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles, Georgia Psychological Association, and Georgia Indigent Defense Council. Contracted consultant to residential treatment program and to Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles regarding statewide management of sex offenders.

Conducted specific examinations related to allegations of child abuse, homicide, rape, child molestation, kidnapping, arson, probation/parole violation and internal affairs matters. Responsible for all screening examinations for DeKalb County Public Safety, Internal Affairs Unit.
1980 to 1986 A Private Polygraph Company (Name Available Upon Request) – Georgia – President
Administered private polygraph examinations for defense, prosecution, corporate security departments and law enforcement agencies. During this time period, administered approximately 10,000 polygraph examinations in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.
1977 to 1979 Epilepsy Foundation Of America
Supervised the development of Savannah, Georgia office of the Epilepsy Foundation of America. Responsible for training and placement of clients and meetings with political and support groups.
1974 to 1977 Georgia Department Of Human Resources

Responsible for group therapy in correctional facility and outpatient settings.
First qualified as an expert witness in 1987. Have testified under oath over one hundred times on stipulated and non-stipulated criminal examinations regarding homicide, armed robbery, molestation, arson, rape, and kidnapping investigations. Testified over objection on non-stipulated examinations in criminal and civil cases heard in Juvenile, State, Superior and Federal Courts, i.e., sentencing, probation/parole modification, child custody, parental rights, fraud, auto theft, and drug distribution.
Testified in preliminary/evidentiary hearings in State and Superior Courts.
