Joined the company in 1972 as Assistant Vice President in order to develop and implement a program to purchase FHA/VA home loans from other mortgagees on a servicing-released basis for subsequent resale to permanent investors.

Additional experience with the company has been in the origination and placement of income/commercial loans on a nationwide basis.

Advisory Board.  I have also served as a member of the California Department of Real Estate Research and Education Committee.  I have served as President of the San Fernando Valley Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation. Currently serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Southern California Chapter of the Arthritis Association of America.
