Addressing clinical issues with nurses and physicians.  Micromanage staff of 25 including technician, inventory and customer service representatives.  Provide education, experience and feedback to rotating 6thyear pharmacy interns.  Teamwork with sister PBM company.  Proficient in Word, Carepoint, POS, Robot and automation dispensing systems. Investigated and presented report on adding fertility drug regimen to formulary.
