Experience includes thirty plus years in the consulting industry

  • 1994 – Present:  President and a founding principal of a Security company.  Serves as Senior Principal for HVAC building automation systems, physical security, risk analysis, security operational evaluations, security systems, fire alarm systems, telecommunication, audio visual and intelligent building systems projects.  He provides expertise in system assessments, operational evaluations, project master planning and programming, contracting methods, budget estimating, and assists in specification writing, commissioning and construction administration oversight.
  • 2002 – 2016:  Command Commissioning, LLC.  Founding principal of the company.  Serves as Senior Principal for commissioning of mechanical, electrical and low voltage building systems.
  • 1987-1994:  Principal at Techcord Consulting Group, Inc. (US).  Started the US operations of a Canadian engineering consultancy.  Served as principal in charge for the design and construction administration of security, building automation and fire alarm systems.  Project work included corporate headquarters, commercial office, aviation, retail, government, hospitality and sports facilities.
  • 1983 – 1987:  Project Manager at Steve Dunn + Partners.  Project manager for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design of commercial high rise office buildings.
  • 1982 – 1983:  Project Engineer at I. A. Naman + Associates.  Design engineer for the mechanical and electrical design of commercial high riser office buildings.
