CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER:

Expert is an experienced turbomachinery expert with demonstrated history of working in engineering, corporate management and field operations and maintenance of large oil and gas industrial process machinery. He has worked for more than thirty (30) years in oil and gas, petrochemicals and energy industries having involvement with development of global industrial standards, organization and infrastructure. He was a leader in the development of global machinery networks, standards and performance and reliability enhancement processes. His experience in business development is with the setting up the Greenfield Large Compressor Manufacturing facility for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor International Corporation in Houston, Texas to serve as President and CEO. He continues to be active in industrial symposiums and seminars, guest speaking, providing instruction and group discussions.

EXPERIENCE:

2018 – Present CEO, Consultancy Group, LLC, Houston, TX

Appointed as CEO to lead all aspects of engineering, operations, maintenance, training, business development and provide broad areas of expert witness service management.

2011 – 2018 President/Chief Consultant, LLC, Houston, TX

Provide engineering and management expertise to various compressor markets, business development and provide broad areas of expert witness services.

2012 – 2016 President and CEO and served as Chairman of the Board, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor International, Houston, TX

Served as President and CEO on a newly established large compressor manufacturing facility and led engineering and marketing teams to obtain orders for large compressor trains from the oil and gas sector customer base for the ethylene gas complexes. Built a large manufacturing facility from the ground up on 30 acres of land to manufacture compressor components, lube oil skids and complete packaging prior to shipment to the customers. Headed up and demonstrated successful outcomes in mediation, arbitration and litigation cases for the company. Spearheaded customers on start-ups of new installations. Initiated and served as the Chairman of Board of Directors of the newly established company.

1981 – 2011 Global Chief Engineer, Machinery, ExxonMobil Chemicals, Houston, TX

Started as an experienced plant engineer at the EM Chemicals Baytown, Texas facility and was responsible for the operation and maintenance of the ethylene gas processing plant. Held supervisory and management positions leading performance and reliability improvement of operation. The following assignment was the Lead Machinery Project Engineer of a new start-up ethylene complex and was responsible in design, testing and installation of large 70+ thousand horse power compressor trains and gas turbine units. Engaged in more than 12 various plants start- ups and commissioning including large process gas piping installations.

As the Chief Engineer, the responsibilities included leading global machinery engineers, developing technology and “Best Practices”.
Contributed to the company expansion to build new grass roots facilities in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Additionally, returned successful outcomes in mediation, arbitration and litigation
cases.

1976 – 1981 Machinery Application Engineer, Union Carbide Chemical (Dow Chemical), Charleston, WV

Lead start-up engineer for special assignment of a large ethylene refrigeration compressor train project in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Thereafter, provide machinery application, design and testing of various compressors for the process industry.
