Reviewed strategy of the return to work unit as a project during the MBA program and made recommendations to management on process flow which resulted in improvement in report turn around time.

Provided leads for physician recruitment to the occupational injury service and return to work services and made recommendations for aligning incentives with operational performance and strategic goals of the unit.
