Experience
Dating back to 1970, Expert has been heavily involved with Japanese and European companies. He brings a wealth of experience to the table, primarily in the project financing of major industrial, infrastructure, and privatization programs. Expert responsibilities include the preparation and negotiation of engineering/construction contracts for both domestic and international industrial projects. He provides on going direction in the preparation, negotiations, and resolution of major claims and other contractual disputes. Currently, he provides ongoing management and is an officer of a Japanese engineering/construction company. His business relationships include international banks, export credit agencies, export credit insurance agencies, and other government agencies.
