Expert 1455 has over 30 years of technical and managerial experience in both industry and academia.  His litigation support experience as an expert witness in patent litigation began in 1999.  Expert 1455 has a strong technical background in mechanical engineering.  His primary expertise is in computational methods and simulation in mechanical engineering. He has focused in particular on the development and application of computational methods in these areas.

Expert 1455 has also been involved in the development and application of computational methods for a wide range of problems in engineering analysis and design.  Expert 1455 was a founder of Compuflo, Inc and an original developer of the FLOTRAN software, which is widely used in industry for myriad fluid mechanics and heat transfer applications.  He is the author of over 30 technical publications and has consulted for over 50 companies. He has conducted over 200 seminars and short courses in the US, Europe, and the Orient on fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and computational methods. He has also been an invited speaker at international conferences on computational methods in engineering.
