• Managed all aspects of business, sales, marketing, vendor selection and growth strategy.  Established service standards, trained new staff in salon operations, beauty, hair, skin and nail care professional skills, and importantly, guest pampering.  Personally managed large base of premiere and loyal clientele.  Demand required designing and opening a new facility which doubled salon space in 2006.
