Expert Witness Matters

  • I have been deposed twice on cases involving dilaudid. One was a dialysis patient who died after receiving too much of it and the other case was a patient that suffered a cardiac arrest and had anoxic encephalopathy as a result. Both of these cases were settled after my deposition.
  • I also have expertise in nephrology cases dealing with acute renal failure as well as hypertension cases.
  • Lastly, I have been deposed as an expert in cases dealing with decubitus ulcers.
  • I would welcome the opportunity to work on some cases with you firm in these, and other, matters.
