1. Expert Witness for Defendant Counseled Defendant that the patent they allegedly infringed was totally invalid for violation of Patent Office procedural rules. Plaintiff voluntarily dismissed suit soon after.

2. Expert Witness for Plaintiff in U.S. District Ct. for Eastern District of Wisconsin, (2007) pending. Assisted in deposition of Defendant’s Expert Witness.
